There is a reason why people are still afraid of Mike Tyson long after his fighting days: As my mom always said: “YOU DON’T MESS WITH CRAZY!“.

Tyson revealed his crazy side in chilling detail when a USA TODAY reporter asked him his thoughts on the Mayweather Vs. Pacquiao fight and what he said will truly convince you that Tyson’s madness is certified.

Mike Tyson used to be friends with Floyd Mayweather. Now, the two are enemies.
Yet Tyson still attended the pre-fight press conference for Mayweather and his opponent, Manny Pacquiao, in Las Vegas on Wednesday.

Tyson also apparently was offered a seat four rows from the stage where the pressers were taking place, but instead chose to stay seated near the back of the arena. When asked why, he took the opportunity to throw some quick shade at Mayweather.
“I try to stay as far away from dirt as possible,” Tyson told reporters, via USA TODAY Sports.

USA TODAY asked Tyson to expand on his comments, to which he responded, “I was always told by my mother that if you can’t say anything nice about someone, don’t say nothing.” But he later offered up that he “(tries) not to remember” that he once was friends with Mayweather.

Tyson later went on a rant about the state of boxing today.
“Coming to the press conference, it was very subtle, very nice, very polite here,” Tyson said, via USA TODAY. “It feels like I’m in, not church, but like a library, so to speak. Maybe I’m a Neanderthal. I’d want to kill the other guy.”
Breathe, Mike, your crazy is showing.

“Boxing’s different from when I boxed. These are businessmen up there. … And I’m a natural born killer, and I want to win, I want to win in dramatic fashion, and I want to hurt people.
“I don’t like hurting people, I’m just so damn good at it.”
Too late.
