Karrueche Tran Granted Restraining Order Against Chris Brown After Alleging Brown Assaulted And Threatened To Kill Her
Everybody hates Chris?
A judge has ordered R&B singer Chris Brown to stay away from his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran after she accused him of physically abusing and threatening her.
The Grammy winner was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Karrueche Tran and not attempt to contact her after she wrote in court filings that Brown had repeatedly threatened her since December.
According to TMZ, Tran said in a sworn statement that Brown “punched [her] in [her] stomach twice” and “pushed [her] down the stairs” years ago when they were in a relationship. She also claimed that Brown had threatened to shoot her and told his friends that he was planning on killing her. He also allegedly threatened to hurt her friends.
Brown and Tran broke up in early 2015 after four years of on-and-off dating. The restraining order mandates that Brown keep a 100-yard distance from Tran, her mother, and her brother.
The order, which was issued Friday, also calls for Brown to surrender any firearms he has until a March 9 hearing on the restraining order.
Chris Brown wasted no time responding to new accusations on Instagram below. The singer also canceled the upcoming fight with rapper Soulja Boy. The beef between Brown and Soulja Boy was allegedly developed after Soulja Boy liked one of Karruche Tran’s pics on social media.
Karrueche Tran moved on after the news that Chris Brown cheated and fathered a child. See full interview with Iyanla below:
