Jermaine Dupri , Ne-yo , Mike Will Made It Honored At ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Awards

Usher , Dupri , ASCAP VP Nicole George-Middleton , Neyo and the artist formerly named Bow Wow:Shad Moss at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.

On the biggest night for music producers , Jermaine Dupri and Mike Will Made It was honored at this year’s ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Awards.

The big winners were Mike Will Made It , who won best songwriter/producer of the year and Pharrell Williams , T.I. and Robin Thicke won for best song of the year with ‘Blurred Lines’.

Singer/songwriter/producer Ne-yo and Jermaine Dupri were recipients of ASCAP’s prestigious Founders Award and Golden Note Awards.

After receiving the Founders Award an elated Dupri said the honor had “seemed like it was too far away for me to catch , after watching former Founder recipients like Quincy Jones and Stevie Wonder accept the award , that’s the part that’s fucking me up right now. But regardless of what happens from here , I’m going to enjoy this evening like a motherf**ker”
