One year after N.W.A’s landmark album Michael Ray Nguyen Stevenson AKA Tyga was born in Compton , (Tyga because he is half Asian and half Black , just like Tiger Woods).

Although Dr.Dre went on to produce a string of multi-platinum hits albums , including his 2001 hit album “Chronic” on his way to becoming the first hip hop billionaire Dr.Dre did so with a persistent monkey on his back (The notorious influence on urban youths).

Now at 24-years-of age Tyga’s discography is quite impressive. The Young Money artist is coming out with his 5th studio album , executive produced by Kanye West.

The first release from his up and coming album Tyga raps about his California Lifestyle of being a stoner in “Hookhah” featuring Young Thug.

In the “Hookhah” video Tyga is in his natural habitat complete with exotic animals and exotic women.

A part of the new generation of Compton rappers , Tyga is more than comfortable in extending the notorious legacy. With the legacy passed down from his predecessors Tyga is thriving like a big cat at the top of the food chain.

In the stoner influenced video “Hookhah” , Tyga demonstrates a predatory ambition with reckless abandon , despite the inherent monkey on his back.
