Family At War: Lil Wayne Is Suing His Father Birdman and Cash Money Records for $51 Million

Even though he dropped Sorry 4 the Wait 2 earlier this week, Lil Wayne wants Tha Carter V out as soon as possible and he’s still anxiously trying to get off Cash Money, as well.

TMZ has obtained Wayne’s lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money, in which Wayne is asking a judge to end his contract with the label. Additionally, Wayne is suing Birdman for a total of $51 million, as well as the rights to take Drake and Nicki Minaj with him. The amout Lil Wayne is asking for is a lot higher than what was first alleged (8 Million).
