Dutchess of Harlem still proclaims that she is only stripping for charity but no doubt she is getting national attention and appears to be the beakout star of the new VH1 reality show.
Dutchess Lattimore and Ceaser Emanuel, Black Ink Crew stars, co-workers, and lovers, caught the attention of many with a trip to Florida this week, following a post from MediaTakeOut that the former is now working at King of Diamonds. Ceaser posted a photo of the couple at the popular Miami strip club on Instagram Wednesday, and on Thursday, MediaTakeOut released a report citing her new job title. “I am NOT working at KOD as a dancer and times are definitely NOT hard for me,” Dutchess told VH1. “I make more money off camera than I make on TV to be quite honest.”
In addition to reporting that the reality star and tattoo artist is now working at the strip club, MTO’s post claims financial troubles have befallen the couple since Season One of BIC wrapped in March. According to Lattimore, her appearance and dancing at KOD was part of a charity event, with all proceeds going to her non-profit, GunPlay. “My charity serves women in battered women’s shelters as well as young girls in runaway homes. What will never be covered by the media is the charity work I just did — such as sponsoring several girls in my home state for their prom festivities — nor will any of my other upcoming charity projects,” she said. “Why? Because most people find it more entertaining to tear a person down. Which is exactly why I danced at KOD, because I want to remove ALL stigmas about women.”
